Our Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Bangāram purchase is backed by a 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Loose stones due to a manufacturing defect
- Broken clasps or jump rings caused by craftsmanship
- Defects in soldering or assembly
- Structural issues that occur under normal wear
If your piece experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
What Isn’t Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or surface marks
- Fading from improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications
- Lost jewelry or missing pieces
- Damage caused by third-party repairs
Because every piece is worn differently, natural signs of everyday wear are considered part of the jewelry’s life and are not manufacturing defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
