While they’re designed to be durable, storing your jewelry in a clean, dry place when not in use will help preserve its beauty for years to come.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
What is your processing time?
As a small business, every order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee same-day processing.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that pre-orders may require additional processing time.
What is your return/echange policy?
All Bangāram jewelry includes a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
At this time, we do not offer any direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you may return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
