What is your return policy?

All Bangāram pieces include a 6 month warranty.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

At Bangāram, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to become part of your story.
We hope you love your jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of damage or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Custom-made pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been processed.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bangāram cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

f your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
